999taka Terms & Conditions — Please read before using the platform

999taka is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 999taka and its users.

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Sharing your password or account with others is strictly prohibited. 999taka reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of this rule.

Deposits and withdrawals on 999taka are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum deposit is BDT 100, with a maximum of BDT 500,000 depending on the method.
• Minimum withdrawal is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number registered to the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Credits are typically reflected in your wallet within 1–30 minutes after a deposit.
• Withdrawal requests may take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to process.

999taka reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction pending investigation. If fraudulent activity or false information is confirmed, 999taka reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

All bets and games on 999taka are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 999taka reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Any bets confirmed before an internet disruption during live betting will remain valid.
• 999taka's server logs shall be considered final and conclusive in determining gaming results.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by 999taka and is subject to change.

999taka reserves the right to suspend any bet pending investigation if it deems the wager unusual or suspicious for any reason.

999taka offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, which are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are subject to the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• 999taka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

If bonus abuse is proven — such as arbitrage betting, multiple accounts, or providing false information — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999taka:

• Creating an account under a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate betting results.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using 999taka for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing 999taka staff or other members.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary — all at 999taka's sole discretion.

999taka may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• The user has submitted a request to close their own account.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of the rules, your balance may not be returned.

999taka accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet connection disruptions.
• Loss or damage caused by issues with your device or software.
• For delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Account credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming always carries risk.

999taka always strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons. In such situations, every effort will be made to provide maximum support to affected users.

999taka places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We follow the policies outlined below:

• Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.
• All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law or upon request by a licensing authority.
